WORK,the conference aboutopen digital Workplaces, rewired for Europe
W.O.R.K — Workplace Orchestration, Resilience & Knowledge
European companies and public administrations run their daily work on extra-European workspace suites — mail, chat, docs, drive, identity, all held hostage by a handful of hyperscalers.
WORK exists to change that. One day to align the open-source editors, the CIOs and the public buyers building the exit — and to sign the interoperability standard that makes leaving possible, boring and irreversible.

§ 01 — The brief
The workplace is infrastructure. It should be as European, as open and as portable as the road under our feet.
Orchestration
Compose best-of-breed European tools into a coherent workspace. One identity, one experience, many editors.
Resilience
Sovereignty by design. Open source, open standards, and portable data — because dependency is not a strategy.
Knowledge
Turn documents, chats and workflows into shared institutional memory that outlives the tools.
§ 02 — Coalition
Built with the editors writing the standard.
WORK is convened by a coalition of European workspace editors and public actors committed to interoperability over lock-in.
§ 03 — Speakers
Have a strong take on the European workspace?
We're curating a program of practitioners, not vendors. Editors shipping interoperability. CIOs who migrated 20,000 seats. Researchers on data portability. Rebels welcome.
We look for
- → Interoperability demos, not slides
- → Migration stories with real numbers
- → Standards proposals & open protocols
- → Public-sector deployments at scale
- → Uncomfortable truths
